We’re proud to share that our Executive Director, Dr. Ron Hargrave, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Raymond Sarbaugh Leadership Award by the North Carolina Association of School Administrators (NCASA)!
Dr. Hargrave was honored alongside Dr. Tony Jackson and Dr. Rhonda Schuhler for their outstanding leadership and dedication to North Carolina’s public schools. With decades of combined service, these leaders continue to make a lasting impact on students, educators, and communities across the state.
Since joining the Sandhills Regional Education Consortium in 2021, Dr. Hargrave has championed collaboration among districts, strengthened partnerships, and advocated for the needs of public education, all while leading with humility, vision, and a student-centered focus.
